Thank you to Sam, Chris and the Round Table
Sam Brenninkmeijer (aged 14) chose to raise money for the Animal Sanctuary at the Bonfire Night last November. When Chris from Round Table heard about Sam's fundraising efforts for a local charity he proposed that the Round Table should make up the money raised by Sam to £1000 to donate to the Sanctuary.
Thank you so much to Sam and Chris, and of course, The Round Table, for donating such a wonderful amount of money to help us with our work.
2013 ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL YEAR
As usual we had a busy year but successful year in 2013. During the year we successfully rehomed 181 cats, 92 of which were kittens, 2 horses, 2 rabbits, and 4 guinea pigs. In total we accepted 213 animals, of which 109 were cats. Unfortunately we continue to have cats dumped at the gate, a total of 38 during the year, this causes us major problems as we do not always have spaces available.
A HUGE THANK YOU TO SUPPORT ADOPTION FOR PETS
We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to the very generous team at Support Adoption For Pets.
The charity have agree to help support the animals at the Sanctuary by donating £10,000 towards our medical bills, that means that we have 50% of our vets bills now covered for the year. This as absolutely wonderful news and a vital funding for us. Thank you Support Adoption For Pets for your kindness and to Emily and Lynn for taking the time
