Mimi

Mimi is a black & white short haired female, she is about 2 years old. Poor Mimi was left abandoned at our gate, she is a very friendly, good natured cat.
Julie

Poor Julie was rescued from the roof of the Stanneylands Hotel where she had gone to give birth to 4 kittens. Thankfully mother and kittens all survived. Julie is 2 or 3 years old and is tabby & white, she is very very quiet and still a bit timid, not surprising after her experience. Julie now needs a loving home, she would be better with older children.
Chas and Dave (females)

Don't be fooled by the names, Chas and Dave are both girls and sisters. They need rehoming together.Chaz is all black and Dave is black and white. The are both friendly but are not used to children.
Angel

Angel is a lovely tortie & white female. She is between 10 & 12 years old. She is friendly but can sometimes be a little grumpy, but can't we all at that age.
Bongo

Pongo is a lovely black & white male who has come to us because his owner no longer wanted him. He is a friendly 12 year old. Pongo now needs a nice quiet home to enjoy for the rest of his life.
Wendy

Wendy is a lovely black & white female, she is about 4 years old. Wendy was found living in a cement mixer with her friend Bob. She is a very friendly, good natured cat,who is good with other cats and with children.
We would like Wendy and Bob to be rehomed together.

Jet

Jet is a lovely little black & white kitten, he has one white cheek which is very cute. Jet came in with his brother Topaz. They are about 6 months old they are still a bit shy but they are gradually becoming more used to people.
Jet needs a loving family who will be patient with him until he gains his confidence.
Topaz

Topaz is a very cute little black & white kitten who is about 6 months old and is still quite shy although he is gradually getting more used to people. He came in with his brother Jet.
Topaz needs a family who will love and care for him and be patient with him while he gains his confidence.
Jack

Jack is a very handsome 10 year old ex race horse who stands at 15 hands high. He was sent to be put to sleep as he was no longer wanted, but the knackerman refused and so he came to us, he has been at the sanctuary now for about 5 years. Jack has a lovely nature but can be a bit cheeky, he also has a tendancy to weave when he is in his stall. He is lovely to ride and loves being schooled. Jack needs to go to an experienced home with someone who will have more time to bring him on.
Monique

Monique is a 2 year old black short-haired female.
Monique was found living in a garden shed with 3 kittens, and she is still a little shy. She has been a wonderful mother and now that she has done her duty she would like a nice loving home for herself.
Tina

Tina is a 3 year old black & white female. She is a very cute and friendly cat but she can be a little devil. Tina would be good in a home with older children.
Guinea Pigs

At the Sanctuary we currently have 8 Guinea Pigs, 2 boys and 6 girls, of various descriptions, who would all love a new home.

We have had Celine and her sister Kylie since they were 8 weeks old when their owners became overwhelmed. Celine must be rehomed with her sister Kylie to a confident owner as they can be a little cheeky.

Tarka is a 4 year old brown & cream ferret. She was rehomed about 3 years ago but sadly had to come back to us. Tarka is a feisty character but she loves to play and must be rehomed with her friend Snowball.

Phoebe

Phoebe is a 16 year old female Tabby,she has come to us because her owners have moved and were unable to take her with them.
Phoebe lost a front leg many years ago in a road traffic accident but she manages very well on her remaining 3 legs.
She is very independant and likes to do her own thing but she does sometimes like a cuddle. She would be good with older children.
